Initially Carol requested a mustard yellow thread, but the one I had didn’t match the fabrics in her quilt. Kathy’s Sports Quilt

How fun is this quilt?!?!?!!! Kathy made this for her grandson’s 9th birthday. Lucky him!

She said she could some of the block patterns on Etsy, and the others she came up with. It amazes me because most of the blocks and pieces are pieced, like that football helmet. Kathy is so creative!

I love a cute patchwork (that’s what my mom and I call a quilt with just squares) quilt! It’s the perfect time to gather all the darling fabrics you want to use.

Stacey’s Utah Panel Quilt

Being from Utah myself, quilts like these are so fun for me to quilt!

When I search more about this pattern some people referred to it as a postcard. With the flying geese edges it almost looks like a postage stamp to me.

I’ve never been to capital reef before, but each place I have been to is beautiful and remarkable!
