Returns or Refunds

If you purchase any digital designs, there will be no refunds because there can be no returns.  We can’t regulate how or when your items are downloaded.  The link to your zip file will expire 24 hours after your initial digital download, you may request another downloadable link to be sent to you if you have any problems.  I will have to send it manually to you, and so there may be a waiting period, if I don't have access to my computer at the moment.  Please note that if you are having a problem with your digital file, I will do my best to fix the problem asap.  Please let me know if you have any problems.
