Louise’s July’s Quilty Pillow…runner

Happy July!!!

I was hoping to share this sooner, but I think there is still plenty of time to make this darling runner and enjoy it this summer.

The pattern by Erica from Confession of a Homeschooler is actually a pillow. Louise made 3 and sewed them together. Go to: https://store.confessionsofahomeschooler.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=96&products_id=765

The pattern has an outer border, so if you decide to make a runner, note that you won’t have to add the outer side sashings to the center block.

I quilt Patricia Ritter and my Liberty panto design on another quilt that I quilted for Louise, and she loved it and requested it for this runner. Liberty is available at Urban Elementz. Go to: https://www.urbanelementz.com/liberty.html

Liberty is our star version of our beloved Marmalade panto design. Which is also available at Urban Elementz. Go to: https://www.urbanelementz.com/marmalade.html

Isn’t that quilty texture so good?!?! Now I want to make one of these.

I used natural white Omni thread from Superior Threads, it’s my go to neutral. It blends beautifully. Go to: https://www.superiorthreads.com/omni-3002-natural-white/p/134-02-3002?show=Cones

I used an 8020 cotton poly blend batting scrap from Winline Textiles. My very favorite 8020 and bamboo battings are from Winline.

What fun projects have you been working on this summer? Comment below and let me know.
